1. My parents bought me this Jeep for my 15th birthday on eBay. They paid $6900. The Jeep is a one owner, all original from southern California. Here are the specs:
1976 Jeep CJ5 Renegade Levi's Edition
304 V8
3 Speed Tranny (T150)
6V Sunshine Yellow Paint
Tan Levi's Edition Interior
All original except for the top and center console
2. 1978 Jeep CJ7 Golden Eagle. This Jeep was GIVEN to me by a gentlemen in Ball Ground, GA. He bought the Jeep 5 years ago on eBay from Delaware and paid $5000 for it. He had planned on restoring it but being a Veterinarian, he had no time to. He parked the Jeep behind his office. He listed it on Craigslist and I contacted him. He found out that I was 16 years old and wanted a Golden Eagle to restore so he told me I could have it. He left the title and keys in the seat and my dad and I went and picked it up. Brought it home and washed it, then got it running and drove it around town. The picture below is what it looked like the night we got it home. Here are the specs of the Jeep:
1978 Jeep CJ7 Golden Eagle
304 V8
TH400 Automatic Tranny
Quadratrac
7B Paint
Wrangler front seats, but the rear is still the Levi's edition
Everthing else is original
3. I really started to get into Jeeps after the Golden Eagle. I decided to try to buy Jeeps locally, fix them up, and sell them and make a few hundred dollars to put towards the Golden Eagle restoration. So I bought this Jeep for $800. A 1973 Jeep CJ5. It had some issues. It leaned to one side because the body mounts were shot, but I cleaned it up and sold it honestly for $1600.
4. This Jeep is my fourth. Its a 1979 Jeep CJ7 Renegade. All original 2 owners. Good Jeep with minimal rust. Runs great. It has the 258 straight 6 with the TH400 Automatic tranny with quadratrac. It has a very nice hardtop and a good set of hard doors. I am currently trying to sell the Jeep.
